Struggling with Postpartum Depression? You’re Not Alone.

Becoming a mom can be one of life’s most joyful and also be exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating experiences. These two truths can exist at the same time. A lot of moms experience postpartum depression, anxiety, or emotional heaviness after giving birth. You might feel sad, irritable, disconnected from your baby, or like you’ve lost your sense of self.

The good news? Support is available, and you don’t have to face this alone.

Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C)To better serve moms like you, I’ve pursued advanced training and certification as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C).

Here’s My Motto

Taking care of yourself is the most important thing you can do for the people you love.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting. Somewhere between diaper changes and sleepless nights, it’s easy to lose sight of who you are outside of being a mom.

Therapy offers a supportive and judgment-free space to put yourself first. Together, we’ll uncover what’s draining your energy, heal from past trauma, identify the areas where you’re ready to set boundaries, and build habits and coping skills that nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
