Find Yourself Again & Improve Your Mental Health

Motherhood can be exhausting. You might feel like you’re drowning in responsibilities, always giving but never receiving, and wondering when it’s your turn to rest.

Therapy can help you break free from burnout, manage stress, and reclaim the vibrant, confident version of yourself you’ve been missing.

I am currently accepting new clients! Click below to get started.

Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C)To better serve moms like you, I’ve pursued advanced training and certification as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C).

Here’s My Motto

Taking care of yourself is the most important thing you can do for the people you love.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting. Somewhere between diaper changes and sleepless nights, it’s easy to lose sight of who you are outside of being a mom.

Therapy offers a supportive and judgment-free space to put yourself first. Together, we’ll uncover what’s draining your energy, heal from past trauma, identify the areas where you’re ready to set boundaries, and build habits and coping skills that nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

That’s why I specialize in helping moms just like you reclaim their sense of self, set boundaries, and build lives that feel both manageable and joyful.

I’m trained in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Brainspotting and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that help women reduce stress, challenge perfectionism, and cultivate self-care routines that actually stick.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or just ready to feel like yourself again, I’d love to help. Let’s work together to create a version of motherhood that feels sustainable and fulfilling.

The FAQs

I charge $195 for a 50-minute session. For more information on rates and insurance, check out the Rates & FAQ page.

Moms often come to therapy to work through anxiety, postpartum depression, burnout, mom guilt, relationship challenges, and the pressure to do it all perfectly. In therapy, you can talk openly about anything. I’m a mom, too and licensed therapist who has heard and seen it all. I’m your safe place to help you sort throug it all, from feeling resentful or disconnected to wanting more balance or joy in your daily life.

It’s normal to feel tired as a mom, but if exhaustion, stress, or irritability are starting to affect your relationships, confidence, or daily functioning, therapy can help. There’s been a longstanding stigma that therapy is just for crisis. It’s not. Thankfully that stigma has started to fade over the past few years. Therapy is for any mom who wants to feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to herself.

Absolutely not. In therapy, we’ll actually work through mom guilt, which is so common! So you can learn to take care of yourself, which you should, without feeling selfish. Therapy helps you see that when you feel better, your whole family benefits. You’re modeling self-care and emotional health for your kids.

Making time for therapy is an investment in yourself and your family. Even one hour a week can make a profound difference in how you feel and function.

Yes! I offer virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth for any mom living in Arizona. This makes it easier to fit therapy into your schedule without worrying about childcare or travel time.

Stress is a normal part of life, but burnout happens when the demands never stop and you don’t have time to recover. If you feel emotionally drained, detached, or like you’ve lost your spark, you may be experiencing burnout. Therapy can help you regain energy, set boundaries, and find joy again.

Yes! Many moms say they’ve “lost themselves” in motherhood. In therapy, we’ll explore who you are outside of your roles and responsibilities, reconnect you with your values, and help you rediscover confidence, purpose, and fulfillment beyond parenting.

That’s okay. Every therapist and approach is different. My therapy style combines compassion with practical tools like Brainspotting and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you heal deeper emotional patterns while also building real-world coping skills. We’ll go at your pace and find what truly works for you.

I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
