What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a gentle, body-based therapy that uses where you look to help your brain and body finally release what’s been stuck for years. It’s not about endless talking or digging up the past—it’s about giving your nervous system the chance to let go of old pain, trauma, and beliefs and feel safer in the present moment.

How Does a Brainspotting Intensive Work?

First, we’ll start with a free consultation call to talk about what’s weighing on you and what you’re hoping for.

Then, you’ll spend the whole day in a safe, cozy space processing your trauma, doing brainspotting, and healing your nervous system—no pressure, no masks, just real healing.

Afterward, I’ll give you simple tools to keep the healing going long after our time together ends.

Brainspotting is an evidence-based therapeutic technique that targets trauma stored in the body. By focusing on specific eye positions, it helps you access and process emotional blocks that are often hidden in the subconscious. This deep, focused approach activates the brain’s natural healing processes, allowing for the release of trauma and emotional pain. In just two sessions, Brainspotting can lead to profound emotional shifts and long-lasting healing.

After the session, you’ll receive an aftercare plan to help you continue healing on your own. If you would like, you can schedule follow up sessions at an additional cost.

The brainspotting intensive is held at my office located on the boarder of Mesa and Queen Creek in Arizona.
