Next Start date: Tuesday may 26th 1pm (virtual Group for az residents)
Leaving the church is one of the most life-altering experiences a woman can go through. It shifts your identity, your relationships, your confidence, your sense of belonging… and most people around you have no idea what it actually feels like inside your mind and body.
Even years after leaving, you might still be carrying emotions, questions, or grief you’ve never had the right space to say out loud.
Bloom After Belief was created for exactly that reason.
A place to finally exhale.
A place where people get it without needing a full backstory.
A place to feel less alone in everything you’re untangling.

Virtual (You must be an AZ resident)
Starts Tuesday, May 26th at 1 pm
Max 10 women
8 weeks · 60 minutes each · $360 total
If you’ve ever felt like you’re navigating your transition in isolation, this space is the opposite of that.
Bloom After Belief is an 8-week processing group where ex-Mormon women can talk openly about their faith transition, the emotional fallout, and the “I have no one to say this to” parts of their lives.
There’s no curriculum, no pressure to share if you’re not ready, and no expectation that you show up a certain way.
We follow the group’s natural rhythm, but some themes that tend to rise up are:
• Who am I now?
• Why do I still have so much shame?
• How do I deal with my parents?
• Why is it so hard to express what I actually feel?
• How do I parent differently than how I was raised?
• What do I do with grief, anger, loneliness, or confusion?
• Where do I find community now?
• How do I trust myself after a lifetime of being told not to?
And sometimes we talk about the less serious things like trying coffee, showing cleavage, tank tops, tatoos, etc.
If you’ve been craving connection, clarity, and community in your faith transition, Bloom After Belief might be exactly the support you’ve been missing.

• A deeper sense of who you are
• Tools to navigate emotions you were taught to suppress
• Clearer boundaries with family
• More confidence and trust in yourself
• Validation that you aren’t alone or “crazy” for how they feel
• Language for your experience
• Connection with women who may become part of their long-term support system
• More hope for what life after Mormonism can look like
This group won’t fix everything, but it will give you community, clarity, and support. Things that make the rest of your healing feel a lot less heavy.

• Who am I now?
• Why do I still have so much shame?
• How do I deal with my parents?
• Why is it so hard to express what I actually feel?
• How do I parent differently than how I was raised?
• What do I do with grief, anger, loneliness, or confusion?
• Where do I find community now?
